There's nothing yummier, cozier or more warming than a chai latte on a rainy day.
Here are 3 ways to make the best ever chai latte:

Masala Chai Latte:
1. Add 1.5 teaspoons of Masala Chai (or your chai of choice) and 1 tablespoon of raw brown sugar to 8 ounces of filtered water heated to 205 degrees.
2. Steep 5 minutes.
3. While the tea is stepping, add 1/2 cup of milk to a microwave-safe measuring cup. Heat for 30-60 seconds. Watch carefully to not overheat. (No boiling over here!) Whole, almond or soy milk all work great!
4. Use a milk frother (or in a pinch, a whisk rolled between your palms) to foam the milk. Keep frothing until you have almost a cup of frothed milk.
5. Remove the tea leaves and add your foamed milk on top!
6. Enjoy while nice and warm!

Milk Latte:
1. Add 2 tablespoons of chai loose leaf tea to a saucepan with 12 ounces of milk
2. Heat on low for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and add to mugs.
3. Enjoy a subtle, delicious cup of hot chai!

Iced Chai Latte:
1. Add 1.5 teaspoons of Masala Chai (or your chai of choice) and 1 tablespoon of raw brown sugar to a tea maker along with 6 ounces of filtered water heated to 205 degrees.
2. Steep 5 minutes.
3. While the tea is stepping, fill cup with ice to brim and add 1/2 cup of cold milk.
4. Set tea maker on top of cup - remove with a couple inches to spare to brim of cup. Add a few more ice cubes, stir and enjoy!
